Should we build an oil pipeline from Canada to the USA?

It will cost lots of money for the USA to build the oil pipeline, if an oil spill DOES happen it will cost more money to clean up the spill. It would ruin national parks,Kill thousands of animals and ruin the largest aquifter in america.
