No, the US Congress shouldn't pass legislation restricting the sale of guns because US citizens need guns to be able to protect themselves.Also criminals can still get guns from dealers without permits or a backround check.Criminals can hurt inoccent citizens who are unprotected because they are not able to get self-defence weapons.
