                  Should the US congress pass legislation restricting the sale of guns ?

          We think that they should allow handguns only.

          1)Handguns are the safest way to stop intruders.
          2)Assault weapons can do more harm than help.
          3)Extra magazine clips can lead to more damage to people.

                 We think this is why the congress should pass the legislation and, only allowing US citizens to own handguns.

    Hello, IDKs!

    Thanks for the interesting post. You mention that handguns are necessary because they can stop intruders in your home.

    How would you respond to the following statistic?

    Out of every 100 people killed by handguns each year, only 3 are robbers or intruders killed by someone defending themselves. The other 97 people killed are inocent men, women and children
